Dhenkanal Autonomous College have presently the following Deptarements in Science Streams:

1. Computer Science
2. Mathematics
3. Botany
4. Zoology
5. Physics
6. Chemistry

Also students can choose anyone from the above subjects as their Honours subject.

Except regular courses, these departments also conduct seminars on various subjects every year by inviting guests from reputed institutes.
